Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Support Group  - West Cheshire Region

Princeway Frodsham Medical is pleased to inform patients that an ILD Support Group for West Cheshire has recently been set up. The Support Group is run by Sue Stephan a full time carer to her mother who was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) six and half years ago and Sarah an ILD Specialist Nurse from Aintree Hospital.

Their aim is to provide support and advice to patients, family, friends and carers in an informal atmosphere. 

The support group meet on a Tuesday each month at Princeway Health Centre in the Ground Floor Meeting Room, Opposite Boots Pharmacy; 1pm till 3pm and enjoy a chat over a tea/coffee and cake. 

If you suffer from an ILD or are a carer of someone with an ILD and would like to join the Support Group please feel free to pop along to a meeting.

Arthritis Care - Support Group  “Come And Have a Chat”

Princeway Frodsham Medical is pleased to inform patients that an Arthritis Care Support Group has recently been set up. The Support Group is run by a group of volunteer “Arthritis Champions” from the Arthritis Care Programme. 

Drop In Sessions have been arranged for a Wednesday each month at Princeway Heath Centre - Opposite Boots Pharmacy; 9.30am – 12.30pm.

If you suffer from Arthritis or are a carer of someone with Arthritis please feel free to come along to chat to a trained “Arthritis Champion” volunteer at one of our drop-in-sessions.

The aim of these sessions is to provide support and advice to patients, family, friends and carers in an informal atmosphere.
